What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod watch is a customised timepiece that starts with a Seiko watch as its base, tailored to reflect the owner’s unique style and preferences. "Mod" stands for "modification," and this growing trend allows watch enthusiasts to swap out components such as the dial, hands, bezel, case, and crystal to create a one-of-a-kind design.
Is there warranty?
Yes, this is a 1 year warranty on all of our watches. This covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use. However, it does not cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water issues unless you had requested for your watch to have water proof features.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver?
All of our watches are manufactured within a week of purchase, each watch goes through an intricate testing phase to ensure it meets our selling requirements. Delivery can be up to 3 weeks. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
Are the watches waterproof?
All of our Seiko Mods have water resistance as a standard. If you would like for your order to become waterproof, please add a note during check and we will ensure your order arrives with this feature.
Can I create a custom designed watch?
Yes! Contact us through email or WhatsApp to let us know the configurations would you prefer on your custom watch. We will aim to provide a response in the same working day.
What will I recieve when I order?
All our watches arrive in a protective case along with a 'link remover' free of charge.
What movements do you provide?
We can provide our customers with the following movements: NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64, VK71.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No. Under no circumstance are we affiliated with Seiko. We use original Seiko movements to create our watches to ensure quality and reliability.
Can I remove the Seiko logo from the dial?
Of course! Please add the watch to card and add the note “No Seiko logo”. We’ll handle the customisation for you - free of charge.
Can I change the size of my watch?
Of course! We provide a pin with all our orders - you will be able to change the watch size to your preference. If you would like for us to do it for you, please leave a note for the size configurations you would like on our checkout page, we ensure it is completed for you free of charge!
Can I change the bracelet on my watch?
Yes, please contact us if the bracelet on your chosen watch has not yet been made an option. We will customise the watch according to your preference at no extra cost!
